SNOWMASS TO HOST EMU FESTIVAL FEATURING LEFTOVER SALMON & THE NEW MASTERSOUNDS:
The Emu Music Festival will take place June 30th – July 3rd in Snowmass Village. The festival has so far confirmed that Leftover Salmon, Tea Leaf Green, RJD2, Perpetual Groove, New Mastersounds and Stokeswood will all be playing, and are promising that more bands will be added soon. They have set May 29th as the date they will reveal the festival’s headliner, so stay tuned for that announcement.
While Saturday will feature a full day of music, there are other events in store for Festival Goers as well. Friday will feature “Adventure Activities,” and Sunday will feature a Pool Party at 2pm. Sounds like quite the weekend!
The Emu Festival will be making a concerted effort to be as “Green” as possible and more information on that can be found on the Fest’s website.
Tickets for the Festival are available for the very reasonable price of $70 for GA, and $150 for VIP. The VIP tickets will offer folks a “Private OPEN BAR, Private Viewing Area at Front of Stage, and Private Restrooms” during the full day of music on Saturday.
